(Summary)
Long ago, to keep a precious promise shared with adventurer Nyakkuru, red panda traveller Pantan went on a journey.
However, during his journey, Baikinman he was sprayed by Baikinman's Baby Spray and turned into a small child!
After being helped by Anpanman and his team, Pantan tells everyone about the reason for his journey and his regretful feelings about having his precious promise broken.
"I think what's important is your want to keep the promise."
Encouraged by Uncle Jam's words, Pantan renews his feelings, vowing to keep the promise for sure. With his renewed spirit, he seeks for the Rainbow Star with Creampanda.
Creampanda promises to Pantan that he won't give up as they go on their journey full of adventure. However, they start to feel like giving up after facing many bumps in the road.
And then, Baikinman and his team, who had secretly sneaked onto the plane, show up looking for treasure...
Pantan and everyone do their best, making sure they don't give up, no matter what!
When the Rainbow Star shines once more, what will they see at the promised place?
Will Pantan be able to keep his promise this time?

The role of red panda traveler Pantan is played by Tao Tsuchiya!
Playing the role of Amagumora, the cloud monster that controls rain and lighting and attacks the heroes, is Rintaro. from EXIT.
Cutie Bird Robot, the unique robot invented by Baikinman to destroy Anpanman is played by Daiki Kanechika from EXIT. With Kokin-chan's mischief, it will get a big transformation?!
Also, Kenjiro Tsuda will be voicing the role of the adventuer who sought the Rainbow Star with Pantan, Nyakkuru!
