    [Usage Guide]

    1. At the WeShoW service login screen, enter your authentication code and nickname to log in. (https://admin.rococo.WeShoW.co.jp/login?redirect=%2Fmonitor)
    2. After logging into the WeShoW service, check your camera, speaker, microphone and connection settings.
    3. For Online Photo Sessions, check the “Photo Guide,” “Important Points” and “Prohibited Behavior” sections.
    4. Please review the check-in time for your event.
    5. At check-in time for your event (10 minutes before the start of the event), if you agree to the sections mentioned above, please click to accept and proceed.
    6. Set up your position for the Online Photo Session.
    7. Once in the Waiting Room, check your event participation slot time and perform a final test of your hardware, software, network settings etc.
    8. There will be a countdown to the start of the event. ※The countdown will appear in the middle of the Waiting Room screen, starting 10 seconds before the start of the event.　
    9. The online event will start!　※The Online Photo Session will begin at the time displayed in the Waiting Room.　※You can only enter during your designated slot time. Please make sure to be ready before your check-in time. Customers will not be compensated on request.
    10. The event will end. 　※Once you have chosen one of the photos taken of the two of you together and finish editing it, the Online Photo Session will end.

    ※This item cannot be refunded for any reason. If your item is defective, you will be given the option to exchange it for a replacement copy. If the package is not accepted and the item is returned to our store, there will be no refund.

    ※Online Photo Session WeShoW account nicknames have a character limit of 6 characters.

    ※The nickname chosen when logging into the WeShoW service will be used as-is. Take care when entering your nickname, as it cannot be edited or changed.

    ※This event is limited to customers who have completed payment in advance. Please make sure your payment has been sent successfully and on time.

    ※yami will use the nickname as entered. Do not input content that constitutes a request.

    ※If your WeShoW nickname contains emoji, emoticons, half-width katakana and symbols (eg: !,&), special characters (hearts, etc.), or platform-dependent characters, the text may be garbled or cut off. Please check in advance whether the characters you wish to use in your nickname are platform-dependent. Issues due to garbled text are not eligible for compensation.
