What are the three order types?

📦 IN STOCK

Items that are already available at our warehouse.

🛒 Step 1 — Order Placed You place your order for the item on our website.

📦 Step 2 — Order Processing Our warehouse team prepares your order for shipment. ⏱ 1–2 business days

✈️ Step 3 — Shipment Your package is shipped via DHL Express. ⏱ Generally 2–10 business days

🏠 Delivery Your order arrives at your address.

Estimated Time Order preparation usually takes several business days, then delivery begins.

🗓️ PRE-ORDER

Items that have not been released yet and will be shipped after their official release date.

🛒 Step 1 — Order Placed You place a pre-order before the item is released.

🗓️ Step 2 — Product Release The manufacturer releases the item in Japan. ⏱ Release date listed on the product page

🚚 Step 3 — Warehouse Arrival The item arrives at our warehouse after release.

✈️ Step 4 — Shipment Your package is shipped via DHL Express. ⏱ Generally 2–10 business days

🏠 Delivery Your order arrives at your address.

Estimated Time Pre-orders cannot ship before the official release date. If your order contains multiple items, it will ship when all items are available.

🔄 BACK-ORDER

Items that are not currently in stock but can be ordered from the manufacturer.

🛒 Step 1 — Order Placed You place your order for the item on our website.

🔄 Step 2 — Stock Request We request the item from the manufacturer or supplier in Japan. ⏱ Approximately 2 weeks – 2 months

🚚 Step 3 — Item Secured The item is obtained and delivered to our warehouse.

✈️ Step 4 — Shipment Your package is shipped via DHL Express. ⏱ Generally 2–10 business days

🏠 Delivery Your order arrives at your address.

Estimated Time Obtaining back-order items may take approximately 2 weeks to 2 months. If we cannot obtain the item within this period, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

DHL Express refers to delivery speed after shipment.

Order preparation time depends on item availability and the order type.

During busy seasons or periods of high order volume, our warehouse processing time may be longer than usual. If delays are expected, we will post a notice on our Notice page.
