"Project Circles" is a multifaceted art event that spotlights the creative work of artists involved with virtual singers, spanning music, illustration, video, and performance.
Participants include KEI, the original illustrator of Hatsune Miku, alongside a wide range of creators shaping internet culture and user-generated content, such as music producers, video artists, musicians, DJs/remixers, and illustrators. Over 100 creators come together for this event, with their passion converging across five days, from April 30 to May 4, 2026, at six venues stretching from Yokohama Station to Shin-Takashima Station.
Animate Times dropped in on the first installment of the series, "Project Circles - Resonating with Miku and Friends." In this article, we bring you a photo report from the "Project Circles Gallery," held at the art space Art Center NEW.
