The “ALIVE” series, which follows the activities of TSUKINO TALENT PRODUCTION units SOARA and Growth, and the “SQ” series, which depicts the stories of SolidS and QUELL, are both celebrating their 10th anniversaries in 2025!
To mark the occasion, a special program, “ALIVE & SQ 10th Anniversary Commemorative Livestream,” was held on Friday, August 1, 2025. The event featured four cast members: Chiharu Sawashiro (SOARA’s Nozomu Nanase), Junta Terashima (Growth’s Mamoru Fujimura) Takuya Eguchi (SolidS’s Shiki Takamura), and Shou Nogami (QUELL’s Ichiru Kuga).
These longtime cast members, who have each played a vital role in supporting the series over the years, came together for a lively discussion while viewers filled the stream with comments.
And now, right after the broadcast wrapped, we bring you an official interview with the four of them!

Q. How do you feel, with the stream having just ended?
QUELL’s Ichiru Kuga/Shou Nogami (hereon Nogami): Honestly, I didn’t think I’d end up being the MC today, but everyone pitched in and helped out, so I managed to get through it somehow! Thanks!
SOARA’s Nozomu Nanase/Chiharu Sawashiro (hereon Sawashiro): Today was just really fun. It’s actually the first time this particular lineup has gotten together like this, but since we’ve all been part of the series for ten years, the words just came naturally. It felt really friendly and easy, and once again it hit me: no wonder this franchise has lasted so long. I’m just grateful I got to be part of something like this.
Growth’s Mamoru Fujimura/Junta Terashima (hereon Terashima): I was checking out the comments during the stream, and I noticed there were people who’ve been supporting us since the beginning ten years ago, and also people who just recently got into it. That range really impressed me. One person even wrote they’d been a fan since elementary school, and it really struck me again how incredible it is that we’ve gone on for ten years. Seeing that there’s still a future ahead makes me feel the strength of this franchise all over again, and this stream really reminded me that I’ve been lucky enough to be part of something so cool.
SolidS’s Shiki Takamura/Takuya Eguchi (hereon Eguchi): For me, this stream really made me feel the depth of these ten years. The program itself wasn’t necessarily super long, but even so, it was packed with content, and I think it turned out to be a really great stream.
Q. What the most memorable moment from the past 10 years?
Nogami: I can’t really pick just one, but the first thing that comes to mind... well, they cast me and Shugo Nakamura as twins. Back then neither of us had much work at all, and suddenly we were in TSUKIPRO. We didn't even know how to pace ourselves for a 60-minute drama CD, so we just decided, "Let's go all out." The two of us worked so hard on that. Shunsuke Takeuchi was still in his teens then, and at first the four of us would each sit in a different corner of the studio, but now, whenever we bump into each other, we chat and get along really well. Thinking about that makes me really glad we've been able to stay in the same unit for ten years.
Sawashiro: For me, this franchise was my very first drama CD, and then it became an anime, and then we even had live events. It’s given me so many different experiences that it’s hard to choose just one. But if I had to, I’d say getting to be in the live-action movie, that was really amazing.
Terashima: The most memorable, in ten years… hmm. I guess I’d say my very first live concert with vocals. It was at a venue in Harajuku, I think. Even though Toshiyuki Toyonaga, Yuki Ono, and other sempai were there, they made me and Shunichi Toki the MCs, and I was like, "Wow, that’s a strategic mistake right there." A lot of things went wrong, but through that I learned how insanely hard and important the MC role is at events, and it really made me grow.
Eguchi: Fireworks!
Q. Lastly, please give a message for the fans.
Nogami: Our unit's 10th anniversary is actually next year, but even though we were the last to debut, we’ve been given so many songs and drama CDs. I think the bonds between the characters have grown just as deep as in any of the other units. Personally, I've definitely aged over the past decade, but I’ll keep doing my best as an actor from here on, so I hope you'll continue to support us!
Sawashiro: If I had to sum it up in one word, it's "thanks." This October SOARA will have a solo event, and the tickets are already sold out: it's only because of your support that we've been able to keep going for ten years. I feel like this franchise is really shaped by your voices, so please keep telling us your wishes, like "I want to see this" or "I'd love for you to do that." I hope we can keep receiving your support going forward, too.
Terashima: Looking back, these past ten years have given me so many "firsts." I'm really grateful to this franchise for all the different life experiences it's given me. From here on, I want to keep acting in a way that lets me give something back, so I'd really appreciate your continued support.
Eguchi: This franchise has reached ten years thanks entirely to your support, thank you so much. From here on out, the real battle is with our health. I hope we can all take care of ourselves and enjoy every day with energy. Please continue to support us.
